it depends on how much vaccum ur engine is pulling at idle.... if you have a boost guage, how much vaccum does it have... if its around 20-22(?stock?) then use the 11lb spring... if its less than that, use the 9lb spring....

i'm not 100% on those vaccum #'s... been a long time since i looked this up for my project

thank you, I am seeing about 11 PSI of vacuum with my setup so I guess I should stick with the 9 I have in now. I am told I have such low vacuum because of the cam. thanks again for the help. ~Guy

yea, the cam will lower the vaccum..... i'd look into getting even a 7 psi spring if your vacuum is that low

-10 to -13 in/HG use 7 PSI Spring
-14 to -17 in/HG use 9 PSI Spring
-18 to -21 in/HG use 11 PSI Spring
-22 to -23 in/HG use 12 PSI Spring

well at idle its 11 on decelleration I am seeing the normal 18 - 20 PSI of vacuum if that makes sense. that quote helps a lot though thank you for that. ~Guy
