Intercooler (inlet, outlet) pics???
2) Interested in knowing if your setup requires any mods to the radiator, like tilting it back or anything like that.
3) If it's nose mounted, and you ditched your AC condensor, I'd like to know how deep your 'cooler is.
Thanks!
I'm going air/air with the YS trim for now.
no movement of the radiator, stock location

requires removal of the wiper fluid bottle and modification of the hood latch bracket as shown
I am planning to leave the same amount of room between the radiator and the stuff in front of it. My thinking is that is the stock spacing kept my 422ci nice and cool then it will work as well for the blower setup. Basically when I see people having cooling problems it's due to blocking the radiator or not running enough fan (CFM).
John there is lots of pictures on my site of intercooler setups. You can also go to google there is some in there as well. IMO if you are going to run the ys at high psi like you are wanting I would run it in the front of your nose and get it away from the rad. I never liked blocking the air to the rad at all when i ran the turbo tech setup.

I am NOT going to block the radiator, as I said, I am going to at a minimum retain the gap between the radiator and the stuff that would be in front of it.
I am planning to open up the front of the bumper cover as well but we are a week away from that so I am interested in looking at some setups.

I've got some more pics of the rad mounts and slight notching of the upper corners on the crossmember to clear the cooler.
moved the rad back about 2 inches, cut the corners on the upper crossmember, and clearanced the fan shroud for the water pump pulley.
Inlets run through the bumper core.
