Very rich idle

Default Very rich idle

Just put an ATI on a 2002 Z06 with stock LS6 motor. Used LS1 edit to set injectors, MAF, Power Enrichment at WOT, etc. My only problem is that it goes extremely rich at idle. In any other cell everything is set right on. Bythe way, the MAF freq at idle is 3400-3500 which seems high. Anyone else seen this problem, or know of an LS1-edit file on a blown Z06?

So, your freq seems ok, assuming your idle is lower than mine.

You haven't modified your MAF table, have you?
That would b an obvious reason for untrue MAF readings.

As long as the computer can take out fuel or add it back as it attempts to maintain correct A/F at idle, it should be ok.

Bigger injectors can be more difficult to tune and a big cam can make your eyes sting if you are in the garage.

if it's super rich when idling my first guess is your injector constants are incorrect.

are you using a vacum/boost referenced regulator?

what does your injector constant table look like?

42# injectors?

Thanks guys. I think I will go back and set the MAF to stock, then change injector values for LTFT, then work on the PE x RPM table, all in that order.
