So, your freq seems ok, assuming your idle is lower than mine.
You haven't modified your MAF table, have you?
That would b an obvious reason for untrue MAF readings.
As long as the computer can take out fuel or add it back as it attempts to maintain correct A/F at idle, it should be ok.
Bigger injectors can be more difficult to tune and a big cam can make your eyes sting if you are in the garage.
are you using a vacum/boost referenced regulator?
what does your injector constant table look like?
