Default Two step on a f/i manual

I tried to use the search but it came up with nothing. I was wondering if you can use a 2 step on a manual F/I setup, most that i have seen are all manuals. Sorry I wasnt sure where to post.

2steps are mainly used on manual cars, auto cars use them to hold an rpm better.ie sometimes an auto car if boosted the boost will shoot through the roof if they only use a transbrake or something.they work well to build boost on the line,so its almost like a stall in an auto
