I just sent them my spec sheet so i'll see what they come back with. Thanks for the ref.

I hear tons of good things about PTC converters, but decided to give Precision a chance to re-stall mine since it was only $225. It took an extra attempt because we tried to tighten up the 9.5" first. The 2nd try was the 10.5" and it was perfect. It flashes to about 3300 on motor and 4400 on boost. The old converter flashed to the same on motor, but 5200 on boost.

I'm not sure this is going to make sence but your trap speed is good for your power level, it's the 60' thats hurting your times. Wouldn't that mean you need it to hit harder off the line? If it was slipping wouldn't that hurt your trap speed more than your 60'? I think my 4000 stall is slipping, but it still hits hard, I'm just loosing a lot of mph in the traps. Mine is a blower set up though. Judging from your times I would think you just need a little more stall but I'm not sure how stalls and turbos work together.

I would rather let them restall it but they are saying I will only get 200rpms out of it. How much did you gain?

That's the weird thing, i actually picked up mph over the 6spd. It doesn't seem to slip uptop just doesn't transmit the power downlow.

I'm going to take more video and see if i can hook my camera straight to the computer so you guys can see what's going on.

Um. . . maybe they can only get 200 rpm by tweaking your current converter, but they CAN replace it totally for the same price. Like I said, I ended up with a totally different converter in the end. . .

the 10"/10.5" is what Rossler gets from PI for his turbo customers...he said their 9.5" wont hold. I know that is true as Viki told me that herself after 3 unsuccessful stall attempts on mine. Instead of going to the 10/10.5", i went 4l80e. Let them try it again but I bet you have to step up to a bigger core. Turbo converters are hard to get right for each combo.

That's an understatement. There is no perfect turbo converter. It has an impossible set of requirements. It has to be very loose before spool, but very tight after spool. Ideally, the converter flash on motor would be 3500 or more, but only flash to 4000-4500 on boost.
