Problem fixed, pretty simple actually,with the new intercooler piping the piping right above the MAF was really close to the pulley on the alternator, then in turn the pully cut into a clamp, destroyed it, so new clamp, belt and piece of silicone piping, and now runs perfect. Thanks for all ur help

That same thing happened to me once! Are you driving that car without a tune at all? Or you just need to get the rear o2's deleted?

you should have got the tune when you finished your kit. or had it finished.. that was a mistake and you may have costed yourself some time and miles on your motor.

I need to get the 02s deleted i have it tuned, i just need to delete the 02s and EGR so the service light goes out

ha ha I had that one happen too. the pulley cut the clamp clean off unfortunately with mine the MAF fell off and went under the car and was destroyed. now with the intercooler I come up the other side with the intake pipe no issues since. least not like that. get tuned before driving, period. I am on my 3rd engine due to detonation. but now I am running fully forged 9.0 to 1 compression. good luck. ~Guy

Oh okay, that's better.

I would suggest, if you have the time and dough, get a 2 bar speed density tune, and get rid of the MAF all together. It is much more accurate in fuel delivery, and much less complicated to tune. Good luck with it.
