Default MSD Timing twister? MAP sensor boost retard

Did any of you guys see this new product from MSD?

http://www.msdignition.com/new_produ...ngtwister.html

Reminds me of the days of the 6BTM on a mustang. You can dial in a retard of .1 to 1.9 per pound of boost. Do you think it has it's merits or is just better to set a timing table based on RPM?

EFI Live has a timing retard vs boost table in COS5. Most folks are using tuning options to control those variables.

Hey bro-any link to a write up on that-if that's the case I may have to swap over to EFI-live!

Do you one better. Go to efilive.com and you can download the software for free. Load up COS5 and look under the custom tables A0010 for the boost timing table....plus a bunch more for boost.

I've used it for a year with a 3bar sd tune and 17psi....great tuning system for boost.
