Need some advice OK,
As some of you know, I've installed a procharger d1sc kit on my customer's 2000 c5. Ive installed kits on the f bodies but never on a c5. I do all of the work out of the dealership that I am a mechanic for as we are starting a new performance shop in addition to the dealership.
I have been dealing with morgan motorsports and they say that an inline pump will not support the d1sc with a 7 pound pulley on this particular 2000 c5. I think this not true since ALL of the procharger kits i have done on f bodies have an inline pump. The customer wants a T rex pump. The car is sitting outside with all of the work done.....I need to get it back to him asap.
Can I run a t rex pump or an aeromotive?

Re: Need some advice i would drop in a less expensive and better walbro gss340 in tank.. much quieter and will be good for allmost 600rwhp. you can get them from ramchargers for right around 100 bux. do a search for a vette install on them.
