Opinions on these spark plugs please

Opinions on these spark plugs please Was messing around with the truck this morning, decided to check the plugs.
Plugs on driver side bank look pretty damn rough. Lots of **** caked up on them. I started to clean one of them before I took the pics. After I cleaned it I decided that was a waste...just replace them. Would like some opinions on why they look this bad. There are not many miles on them, I only drive it once a week. The setup is....
LQ4 6 liter with diamond dished pistons 9.1CR
228/234 114LSA FMS cam
D1SC Procharger 14PSI
And all normal bolt ons
