I have nearly the same setup as you, Comp Cams 224/228 .581 lift, ported 241's, except I don't have the FI. But I'm thinking about it. Throw some pistons and rods in mine and I might consider it. Is your shortblock stock? How does it feel from NA to same setup + 5 PSI?
internally im still stock but i got comp 921 springs,lifters still on stock rockers though...imma start bulinding a forged shortblock soon though so when my stocker pops it'll be ready..looking to build a 6.0 block with 9.5:1 compression and some afr heads and maybe a more radical cam like 242/246 with 115 lsa to make up for the lost compression
that would be sweet, with the 6.0 and larger cam. I actually found myself a good buy tonight on a forged 347 shortblock and will be picking it up sometime within a couple of weeks. The pistons may give me a higher compression than what I want (forged -4cc), but they should do

I haven't decided yet if I want to change cams, springs, & heads or not. well the dyno results are in...450 rwhp 416lbs tq..dont know about the torq..but 450 rwhp at 6000rpm with some high IAT's...no intercooler or meth at 5psi..****** awesome thanx to my mechanic simon and my tuner Charlie from A&A corvette...if not for the high IAT causing the computer to pull some timing at the end of the powerband 460 or 470 would have been had...cant wait to dyno it w/ 7-8 psi 500rwhp+ here i come
