Ok guys,
I am in the process of getting some block work done. I am trying to O-ring the block, but the Fel-Pro gaskets that I bought will not allow me to do that. I need to know if there is a different set of gaskets for the LS1 that would allow me to O-ring this. The fire rings in the fel-pros are too small. Any body have any suggestions??? Anyone run into this problem before??
Also, this application is for a 382 stroker kit, 9.0:1 comp. Running at least 10# of boost from an ATI. I have the head studs, what kinda boost can I run with out o-ringing the block using the head studs and the Fel-Pro head gaskets? Any recommendations?
Thanks guys,

use cometic HP gaskets , they have a built in o-ring that seals the chamber better. can easily handle 10 lbs of boost, this way you don't have to o-ring the block.
