Default high mileage boost?

hey guys, I have a 02 Firebird Formula with just an exhaust and intake. I really want to boost it with a turbo, either APS or STS. But would the high miles on my LS1 cause any damage by doing this? I know Im gonna replace the pump, injectors, and obvioiusly get a tune and TR6's. My Formula has 92,000 miles with absolutely no problems.

Do it!!! hahaha... I personally would go with APS but either one will get you quite a bit more power... Run it as long as you can and then rebuild it..

You could go another 75k if the tune is spot on and you always keep an eye on it. Never run it hard if there is a problem. Always fix something when it needs it right away and you will have miles upon miles of happy boosting.

Agree, preventative maintenance go's a long way but the tune is just as important. The APS would be killer, if it ever does let go you than have the reason to crank up the heat
