Any other ideas where to get some video like that?

Too bad it is looped, I would have liked to see the overlap period.

Where is the cam mounted in the second video and does the piston have a clear top or something?? Where is the rod, don't see it moving up and down either??

I think that somehow there was a "window" in the top of the piston, you can the outer ring of piston as it aproaches and goes away from the chamber, my guess is the rod(s) were relocated to the sides of the piston, for the window in the center... Just my guess... The cam is probably "overhead" in the second video
