Default I got the spy hunter smoke screen mod now :(

Took the car for a drive tonight. After pulling up to the driveway I start getting massive amounts of oil smoke out the exhaust. Just coming out like an industrial smoke machine. At least it's not coolant smoke. So tomorrow I'll hopefully diagnose the issue. I'm hoping it's just a scavange pump issue, but I haven't seen any oil dripping out of the exhaust yet but I just drove the car so it could be burning off. If it's not the scavange pump, I'm hoping it's just a blown seal on the the turbo. I've been having lots of issues with oil getting into my intake pipes. It's probably due to too much pressure for my ball bearing turbo. I have a .062 restrictor to install but just got it last week. Last but not least it could be an engine issue of some sort, but seems to be running normal with no noises or other odd manners besides massive amounts of smoke.

I'll know more once I start trying to diagnose the problem. I've got my fingers crossed that it's something simple.

My pump is turning on, but it doesn't seem to be giving much flow. After 30 secs of running I only had about 1/4" of oil in the bottom of a gatorade bottle. I think the pump head has given up the ghost and needs a rebuild.

How much oil have you guys seen out of your return lines? I know the feed line will just about fill the same bottle I used half way in 30 sec at idle. I'm going to try a new pump. There is probably a lot of oil in my pipes now. Got a new check valve and restrictor to hopefully fix my issue of over feeding the turbo. This issue is one of the last remaining bugs in my setup.

Replaced the pump, all is good now. No more smoke screen. Car seems to spool faster too (could be my imagination), i'm guessing it was drowning in oil for a while.
