Default made some shake down passes last night

Well first time out with the car and have to get used to everything. I was having some issues with my Ratchet shifter and traction of course.
I tried flashing the converter and the car leaves real lazy with a 1.55 60ft, i let out early cuz i still have no cage in the car. Last pass is the only decent pass i made. I decided to leave on the T/B build about 12psi off the brake and blew the tires off big time, let out got back in it hooked shifted in 2nd, and didnt feel the tranny shift so right away i though i was in between gear so i pulled it again and realized about 2 seconds later that it was 3rd gear so i just stayed in it.
60 1.91
330 4.57
1/8 6.79
mph 111.3
1000 8.68
1/4 10.26
mph 143.06
The car is tuned rich, 10.X a/f havent played with the timing or the alky yet so i need to get a Wide band for Gen 7 and log it next time out and start making correctins, thats if i can get the suspension to hook on the T/B. Oh yeah shift light i need one of those also
What do you guys think i'll pick up actually hitting second gear mph wise? My guess would be at least another 5mph.

Car should pick up all over, you are off to a great start... You've seen a number of folks like myself run 9.1-9.4 with 143-145 traps so if you can hit 145-148 hooking you've got a low 9 car with no other changes other than traction and adjusting your shifter linkage.

Yeah, it picked up pretty nicely on the top half. Get a cage and let her rip!

No 2nd gear (broken sprag), 6.50 @ 106.xx

The next weekend after fixing the trans it ran 6.10 @ 110 at the same track in similar weather changiing nothing but fixing the trans, 2nd gear does help quite a bit
