Thankfully I am not out any money but I purchased a new, partial hot parts setup off a member here earlier this year and couldn't even get a reply back as to whether or not they could sell me the rest of my kit. The company has horrible customer service and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Hell, you should feel lucky. Some have recieved nothing after 10-11 months of waiting and paying dam near in full.

QUIT BRINGING THIS UP NEXT TIME WILL LEAD TO A BAN.

PTK DOES NOT SPONSOR THE BOARD BECAUSE THEY WERE DEAD BEAT SPONSORS THAT SHAFTED A LOT OF PEOPLE HERE.

What makes you think they even look the board over anymore???
