I take it you guy's drive your car's more often than I thought or everyday. My car on the otherhand is a weekender only. Like I said it's not a bad thing to use,you just have to be careful when using it and not run out of it! To me it is just something else to worry about on the car.

What is there to worry about though? My system has been installed and trouble free. It primes when I start the car (you can tap the test button and watch the wideband if you are nervous; and I encourage everyone to), and ramps in with boost. I prolly only drive my car 2-3 times a week, so it lasts a LONG time. I also can run 16psi on pump and not sweat it a bit. If it runs out, I fill it back up when the low level light comes on. Even if you are a race-gas guy, it still yields low IATs, much much lower than an A2A can deliver on it's own.

if you want to have an agressive pump gas tune and not blow up - use methanol
if you want to make more horsepower than pump gas alone can support - use methanol
if you want to improve your iat situation - use methanol
if your injectors are near 100% duty cycle - use methanol
if your about out of fuel pump - use methanol
if you need a way around your stock computers fueling limitations - use methanol
if you want a more effective windsheild de-icer - use methanol

Only one problem, MM. When I was using the stock WW fluid tank with pure meth, it eventually ate the WW pump seals. I've since changed to a dedicated meth tank, but still have yet to fix my WW reservoir.

well did you know that regular w/w fluid is up to 50% meth.

anythings possible but my last one was over 2 years in meth and going strong when i wrecked it.

It took my tank over a year with 100% meth before it killed the pump seals. Rumor has it that some of the pumps had different seals that don't have this problem. Also, pure meth left streaks in my paint when used as WW fluid. The streaks would wipe away, but it was still worrisome.

ALL the reasons I did it...well, that & I didn't want to cut the front end up to add an FMIC. But I'm doing that on my new car, and still plan to keep the meth. When the pump turns on it's like a little shot of NO2.

I would only say DO NOT mess with the box's internal setting unless you have to. I did & screwed it up. Now that Julio (Alky Control) gave me the "factory settings" I'm hoping to get it working right again.

One more thing, alky absorbs water, so if you run pure meth, which I would suggest if you want the full gains, then after months it will be diluted some. So for your weekend warrior, I would only fill the tank 1/2 - 3/4 full & add as needed.
