need opinion on shift points I just put a 2002 LS6 cam in my Whippled 6.0 truck. I am making about 8 psi. Has stock heads but the compression is now 8.6 to 1. Before the cam change and drop in compression I had it shifting at 5900 into 2nd and 5700 into 3rd. How much higher do I need to go with the LS6 cam? I am thinking around 6500-does that sound close? It seems to have lost a little power right off the line (SOTP) and I don't know what it is doing up top 'cause I haven't changed the shift points yet. Just thought I would ask to get a ballpark idea then its on the road for some tuning!
