I would run the stock gm mls gasket, many people here use it with a whole lot of boost including myself with no issues, and there really cheap

i like 9.5/1 for compression, keeps the cars street manners just like stock, plus you will make more power

Stock .054-.056.

The head gaskets in a Felpro head set (HS26190PT-1) for an LS1 are the 'exact' same as GM gaskets. Felpro doesn't make the OE replacement, they source it from the supplier GM uses because they don't make it either. Too damn cheap to buy opposed to buying tooling to build it.

Felpro manufacturers their High Performance Gen III/IV gaskets, nothing wrong with them at all, work excellent! Most people on this site who have problems with failing them are due to other underlying issues. They just like to point the finger of blame on the part that "failed", I have read posts like these at least a dozen times and went on to read other posts from the same person and it was easy to realize they were not engine builders or pro installers/tuning shops, and really didn't no what they were doing in the first place. Same for goes for Cometic and even stock GM gaskets. Take what you read on the internet with a grain of salt, you have to read between the lines.
