Ya thats a shame. I just kept having delays in my build to get it there. The one time I was going to bring it for you to see was with the old setup and I slung a belt on the way there. But hey there is always next time right

I use a combination of armor all soap, mothers cleaners for the plastics, glass, and wheels, AC Delco carb cleaner for detailing the engine, Never Dull for the chrome and polished stuff, and Turtle wax rubbing compound followed by a coat of turtle wax liquid wax.

Very nice setup. That has got to be the nicest C5 I have ever seen. What size blower pulley are you using? Crank pulley size? What will you do for the belt slip issue?

Blower pulley is a 4.10 and the crank pulley is a 8" West coast innovations. 8 Rib. My belt is the wrong size. Problem is 8 rib belts are not readily available so there is a big wait for them to come from the states. And its basically all guess work on what will work right.

Awesome pictures Kevin! Jassim told me it was the best looking C5 he has every seen, and I have to agree! With any luck you will have several shorter blower belts today in a box I shipped over to Jassim. I also put 6 T Bolt clamps in there for you.

Oh yeah, I was out shoveling snow all afternoon yesterday... just thought you'd like to know! Bob

Haha thats too bad. Today I was picking rubber off of my mufflers Had to take the damn front splitter off the car this morning though. The speed bumps here are hell. I will keep the splitter and put it on for shows and races only. Actually looks pretty good with it off too.

Kevin,

Badazz car, please keep us posted on the dyno numbers, I'm interested in the victor intake option looks great!

Yea, serious belt issues - I'm making 13 with a 4.5" pulley similar setup to you.

Ya imagine my dissapointment when dyno day came. I was shooting for a minimum of 14. Hopefully the new belt will eliminate the problem.
