could you grab some more pictures of where the down pipe and the radiator are at on the passenger side please? also did you tilt the radiator more forward and ditch all the black plastic infront of it?

yes we pulled the radiator as far forward as we could, but other then that it is in stock location. I have yet to see any downside to pulling all the plastic out as well (no added heat in stop n go traffic). i will try to get some pics of the downpipe on the pass. side, but it won't be a very good pic. i should have mocked them up and snapped some pics before it went together. the downpipe runs just over the AC compressor then down to a pretty much stock location, things are just a little tight. We were able to do that by having the headers run up so high.

How has the a/c been working and for how long? My single turbo runs the downpipe in the same location as yours and it is real tight around the a/c pump and am wondering how it deals withe the added heat on it? I have my a/c hooked up and it worked fine for a few months then it lost its coldness maybe there is a small leak in the compressor next to the downpipe?? Did you do any sort of heat shielding for the a/c compressor?

no shielding but all my exhaust is coated. AC worked great while it had freon in it. i need to replace an o-ring now and fill it back up. hot days in traffic didn't seem to bother it to much, but it might not be quite as cold as stock. close enough for me though
