budget...lol good luck with that one. It's expensive doing just a blower much less a forged built motor. There's so many variables to consider. I would look at the sticky above: The real price of forced induction.
Good luck.
Good luck.

bringing the car in stock, and wanting a new long block, twin turbo kit, fuel system & tune all installed, no less than 20,000. You'll also need a new rear end, drive shaft, & transmission eventually, and soon if you plan to make any kind of power with that forged bottom end. Figure at least 25000 (possibly more) to drive the car out of there ready to go.

I am in the process of doing so right now and through a few GREAT deals I am at almost 20 g's and still more to go. Thats built 408, built t-56, race/sumped fuel system, 9'' rear and turbo system of coarse. Only the 'BIG' things as the car already had suspension mods, rims/tires, etc. So ya, easy 20-25. On a budget you'd have to get some 317 heads and pick up a used turbo kit and get some dual intake walbros for examples. Like already mentioned, so many variables and extra things to consider. Obviously drivetrain for starters is a must, if not its a waste to build such a beast b/c it won't be for long broken down. Just when you think you have pretty much everything there is always something else, like gagues and boost controller that will cost up to 1000 bucks. Look at the stickies to get a better idea.
