That's what I'll be doing with my grill, except I'm going to paint the mesh black so the mesh doesn't stand out as much. Having the mesh black with the intercooler natural finish will make the intercooler a bit easier to see as well (which is fine by me). Personally, I do not like the front end cut out all the way with no grill there, I think it looks tacky and unfinished.
Only options I like are this one and a billet grill, but then I get picky will billet grills (not a big fan of them in polished/stainless). I like them in black, but I don't think a black billet grill would look good on my dark NBM. Looks perfect on Bob's hugger orange though![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)

Thanks!
You cant buy it though. Its the SLP SS grille thats been cut and we added some wire mesh to the back of it. Some say it looks "ricer" but I got tons of compliments on it and its there to protect the IC. Theres a lot of rocks and road debris on the streets here. Id rather take out the grill and replace some $30 mesh than a $200 IC. The mesh is from the local autoparts store from the import "ricer" stuff.
The full cutout front ends really give the Camaro the large mouth bass look, IMHO.
