Another New Turbo Build
Build is finished a few days ago, i forgot to update. hah. i'll have to get more pics. For my intercooler piping, i used PVC, 2.5" from turbo to intercooler, then 3" from intercooler to TB. it's a mockup, then i went and got the custom piping made and its all together. I'm working on the tune, which ill prob need some help with. I'm writing a small tune to drive it so i can get it to a dynotune w/WB.
car does idle, drives, builds boost, i have it running rich for now, better safe than sorry.

no idea man, i mean i got a built motor, wish i went with lower CR pistons but oh well, i also have meth & a homemade intercooler n2o spray, so we'll see. i had some problems with the car tonight, kept hitting 8psi and the boost tube comin off but i'm going to work on a way to hold'em on tomorrow.
Question: what problems were u having with the alt relocation bracket?? since i have the same kit and the same relocation bracket, im just wondering what problems i might run in to...

I had to custom design and make one myself, the one i got from somone on here didin't work with this setup, i'll show pics/info on the setup i went with, but it didint even cost me 10$ at home depot to make, i used the angle steel, a small strip of aluminum, sawzall, drill, and some bolts lol

now i just have to make a cleaner radiator support and figure out what fan sizes i need, i read two 12" pushers (2,500cfm) but not sure. if anyone here knows what sizes, or know the sizes of the one(s) that came with the ptk kit, let me know.
I used 2 10 inch puser's. I also have the griffen radiator that everyone runs on here. If you need Part numbers for anything i can get them for you. Anyways, 2 10 inch fans with this radiator, even on dyno pulls, stop and go temp has not gone over 190's.
Post up your numbers when you get it dyno'd.
Ps... I tried to put 2 12's on this radiator, and no way to make them fit. The 10's i got are 1000 cfm each.

i know frost uses 2 12" fans from spal.

Yeah I do... look at the CFMs on those things, 1630 CFM each!
