Trailered the car to alignment shop today. Car is all setup now. Couple small wiring things to do, change the oil, and need to get on the dyno in the next couple of weeks hopefully.

Awesome build!

Just to be curious, whats the advantage of having the rear narrowed and running less backspacing on your rims instead of just running the stock length rear with 7.5" BS?

Not allt wheel manufactures will do a 7.5 bs.. Champion the wheels i have, will only do a 7 on a 10 inch wheel...

Plus you get a much bigger lip on the wheel which looks sick!

Umm.. Shorter rear end housing, and shorter axles might save a pound or two, plus a shorter axle would probably be a tiny bit stronger..

Thats all i can think of off the top of my head.

thanks, Chris

Thank you! It feels great to finally see it on the dyno, and on the road, and soon on the track.

We are ******* PUMPED!!!! Second best of the night was 10.5 @ 131 with a 1.6 60' time. Don't forget that this is at a touch under 10 PSI, we have PLENTY more left in it!

Dont mind the 9's, were just paasing through on our way to much better times You will definatly have to come check it out, literaly EVERYTHING is different from when you owned it. By the way, nice ZO6! What are your plans with that?

Yeah I figured as much. Let me know where and when! I don't have many plans for the Z06 (its not really the car to turn into a race car) but I am going to be buying headers in the spring. Car also needs a full brake job, some tires, and I want to fix the cosmetic issues with it. Other than that, maintenance and enjoy it. Everything else I want the car already has.
