snow performance methanol injection stage 1 or 2?? i tried the search, but couldnt find the info i was looking for
i was just wondering if a stage 1 snow kit would be good for my application or should i go with a stage 2, i dont want to dish out the extra 150 bucks if i dont need to
im gonna be running a single t-61 turbo pushing 7-9psi. it will be on my basically stock 01 z28 it will have an air to air intercooler as well
im ready to buy, just need to know what one to get

its just the features in the kit. I own a stage 2, thats what i would get. IIRC, it has a bigger pump and the progressive controller, etc. Stage 2 is what you want. Hope this helps!

damn, i was hoping i could get away with stage 1 lol.. but if its what i need, and the best choice then so be it.. i knew going into this project it was gonna cost some jack, so no big suprise

Alright, now that I know the difference I have the stage 2 as well. I'm not sure the stage 2 will be anything really over the stage 1 for the original poster. The stage two has the 2nd nozzle for higher boost applications, and then the controller box to progressivly spray more meth as the boost increases. Probably not much to have a spread over when you are only talking 7-9 psi.
Of coarse none of this matters anyways since he already bought the stage 2
FWIW, here's my controller and my settings. The first hit of meth comes on at like 5#'s, and then the next hit comes in at 10#'s.
