where are you guys getting yours from and how much are they?

MSD makes one, available at all big parts houses for ~$65. The connector for the 3-bar is usually keyed differently than the stock, and will need trimming or changing IIRC.

any of them stock replacements for a ls1...or do all of them need a barb installed and a hose to the map?

3bar needs the barb....i THINK there is a 2.5 bar drop in...Onfire posted about it

Speed Inc sells a adapter for $23 that allows you to plug in the 3 bar map sensor to your stock harness.
There is a 3bar Map that I believe is made by Delphi, and rebadged by other companys such as FAST which is supposed to give you real good resolution. The part number for that is 12223861.
