*LS1 5.7L stock heads #241 01-02
*LS6 5.7L stock heads #243 the best overall head
*LS2 6.0L stock heads #243 the same as above
*LQ9/LQ4 6.0L #317 truck heads (good for lowering compression for boost) same chamber etc as #243 head
*L92/LS3 6.2L heads (need 4" bore or bigger) best flowing head for the money only fit 6.0L and larger motors. L92 has solid valve stems, LS3 has hollow ones
LS7 7.0L heads, only for bigger engines, flow great as well compared to anything aftermarket for that motor
As cast bolt on and go, stock for stock:
Best head on motor/nitrous is #243 head
Best head for boost is also #243 but #317 truck head flows just as well since its the same chamber and you can use it if you want to lower your compression slightly so you can consider your setup alittle "safer" without detonation on pump gas =)
