LT1 turbo kit on ls1?
LT1 turbo kit on ls1? I know of 2 LT1 turbo kits, one being the kit made for stock LT1 manifolds. How different are the dimensions of the engines and would i have to modify much to make this kit work with truck manifolds on my LS1? I dont have alot of info on the kit right now but will get them if needed.

They would be completely different. The accesories for the LT1 are on the passenger side all attached to one bracket. The LS1 has them spaced out. The LS1 block is also smaller in dimensions that the LT1 so the pipes wouldn't line up. The exhaust flanges / port design are also completely different. The oil pans are different too so if the crossover goes under the oil pan you'd more than likely have to change that. All in all you could propably make it work, but it wouldn't be worth it unless you are getting it super duper cheap.
