race gas tune/'tr?

race gas tune/'tr? hey how do you guys keep your car running with racegas at idle? I have some 114 octane in my car and it almost fouls my "tr7" heatrange plugs out at idle. I have 10.3:1 compression so i didnt think it would be so "cold" It is chevron branded 114. C-16 acts the same way for me.

I run C16 and sunoco 112 with NGK 8 heat range plugs and dont have any problems idling, I run the same plugs all year and I spend way more time idling then under power thats for sure. My a/f at idle is around 12.5-13:1 so its pretty rich really.

hmmm...maybe it was my cutout being opened at the same time....weird ....ill have to test that theory today cause the whole car changes when i run 114+ even though my idle a/f was showing 13.0 to 15.0. Thanks for the replies.
