I take the SC off the car.
Using an old belt looped around the pulley and doubled back, I tap on a socket wrench to loosen the bolt. Unscrew the bolt.
I spent less than $20 bucks for a puller like this:

Takes about about a minute or two to screw the pulley off.
To put the different pulley on, I heat it in the oven for about 5 minutes.
With the shaft key in it's slot, I pick up the pulley with pliers and drop it on the shaft. One tap of the hammer and it is in place.
(My 3.60 pulley just drops on the shaft cold, so try that first.)
I put Red Loctite on the bolt threads and tighten it back down. Using an old belt looped around the pulley and doubled back, I tap on the socket wrench to tighten the bolt some more, and I'm done!
