Default stock boost
what boost could an internally stock C5 handle? or even 4 pounds will end up killing it eventually?

You can do up to 8 lbs with and intercooler, tune, and most likely methanol semi safely. The safe line is 5 lbs with a good tune. Remember, adding any sort of boost is prolly going to reduce the life of your engine. Especially since boost is more addicting than crack

We set up the ProChargers for 7 to 8 psi of boost, which averages an 140 rwhp increase. With a good tune and good gas you won't have any problems. Check out these cars.
