i got a gt4276 and at 6 psi im floating my springs.. Except i dont plan on keeping this motor or heads for more then about a yr, so i didn't get duals. Im going to throw in ls6 yellow springs(they were a freebie) and i got texas speed 7.4 push rods. I am gonna throw in the springs this sunday, and then i should.. maybe. hopefully be back on the dyno the foloowing week, and will try to let you know how they do.

Threre is no one answer for this question. It all depends on your valve train. The heavier your valves are the higher spring pressure you need. Spring weight, locks, retainers, all figure into this as well. I would err on the side of a little too much spring pressure though.

I am running the yellow LS6 valvesprings with my stock cam on 7psi of boost. Upgraded to TSP hardened pushrods at the same time. No issues with my set-up. And definitely affordable!
I did the install in the car with the dual spring tool and the cylinder pressurizer fitting. Worked like a charm.

thats my set up here stock cam and only 5 psi DD and 7 psi sometimes but like ls1290 said its cheap insurance with the duals if one were to breaks you got the other to support the valve but im on a tight budget here and the LS6 yellows are next to nothing but the patriots for 255 are kinda cheap too such a delema but the Yellow LS6 do sound good to my wallet not to sound to cheap here
