Does anyone know how to properly determine the proper blow off valve preload setting?
I can notice boost escaping though my blow off valve when I lightly accelerate. I have been progressively tightening the preload setting. I only had about one turn left on the bolt for the last adjustment. It might be bleeding some part throttle boost off but it is now chattering when I let off.
Any tips or recommendations would be appreciated.

If you have chatter back it off . It is normal to have some boost seepage at part throttle . You want your BOV to open as early as possible when backing off so you dont slow the spool of the turbo !
