how do you read head specs

i've read these specs on some patriot heads. kc, you mentioned that you should always buy cams to match the heads you intend on getting. How well would these match?

thanks man you are a virtual "how to" manual

please keep in mind i'm trying to find a sc that has good fitment to the ls1 only one i've heard of is the powerdyne. Any reviews on it?
