Newbish W/G Question
take a look at it and on the exhaust inlet side where the vallve face is, there is a rig taped in place..what is this ring for? dose it stay there when i isntall the w.g? the clamps that come with it have similar rings in them as well. my hot parts have v band clamps on them alreadywhat do these rings do?? im guessing there flanges. but the v' bands on there should work fine, correct?
and is .6 bar *8.7psi at sea lvl* to much for a stock lt1?

You need to reduce the timing probably increase the fuel, and make sure the minimum timing is also changed.
I ran 6 psi and had to tune it, would it have survived with stock tune and 6 psi MAYBE. But WHY risk it?
IMMEDIATELY lower timing at 95 and 100 kmap, make injectors smaller ie if you have 42 make them 40 in tune, and change minimum timing then before you start it download Datamaster (20 free collections), and collect data.
Error by being too conservative, you have plenty of time to get more aggressive. If you have 6 psi spring start there...
