If you'd like to go bigger in duration, something like a 224/228 might work well for stock displacement. That should keep the power under 7000rpm. Too much more duration and you'll be shifting in solid roller territory.
I'd keep it around a 114LSA (any tighter and you might get blow through and lose boost).
As for lift, you want to set your lift according to how your heads flow. No use running a .600 lift if you're getting port stall at .580 (just an example, for I have no idea what your heads flow).
BTW, was that time in your sig with stock H/C and just the vortech?
