Re: where do the vacume lines go......... Assuming you have an external wastegate, IE deltagate, racegate, HKS, Tial, etc....
The bottom hole, probably on the side of the gate, goes to "pressure" Ideally you tie the bottom port to the turbo outlet itself. You can go to the manifold, but you can get into compressor surge at lighter throttle. But, it does make up for any intake/intercooler pressure drops that way.
The top port is either open to atmosphere, or connected to a manual boost controller. Don't just plug the hole, can cause the gate to respond slowly or not at all.
