Default Puller fans on Intercooler

Does it affect radiator cooling when you put a puller fan in back of front mount intercooler? It seems like it would take away some air from radiator.. Does putting a puller fan in back of intercooler lower intake temps??

In short, no and no. Have a puller fan on my FMIC. It helps keep the IAT's from rising as fast as w/out a fan, but doesn't decrease them. Radiator puls air from the airdam under the car.....the 2 airpaths don't really affect each other.

My $0.02 is to try a mister on the FMIC and see how evaporation works.....I know the WRX crowd's been doing it for years.
