Supposed to be a 67mm. I don't want to have to modify the piping right now.

I guess it's a 67mm with a .81 A/R.
Exhuast: 3 5/8" O.D.
Intake: 2 1/2" O.D. with rubber reducer coupler too 2" I.D.
Turbo Intake: 4" O.D. with H.T.S. rubber reducer coupler too 3" I.D
Would it be a good turbo?
I should probably know this already but what is the hole in the neck for?

That turbo will work Im not sure what that hole is for its on the outlet side could be somewhere to run water through it for cooling. But any way that turbo will work just fine if your correct on the specs. Not sure on your HP goals but I think you should 600+ out of it.
