Anyone w/ Maggie or KB running Meth?
Anyone w/ Maggie or KB running Meth? Is anyone aware of possible damage to an Eaton (Magnuson) supercharger from using water injection?
There are Internet postings concerned with the possibility of impeller damage, specifically delaminating of the Teflon coating on the impellers, when water is injected into the intake of the Eaton supercharger. The water injection being before the supercharger intake since the Eaton is an integrated unit connecting to the engine head, unless some sort of adapter plate is fabricated.

No, it is pretty much hit or miss and more dependent on use and miles. I have seen them with over 60k worth of hard driving running pure meth with perfect looking rotors. People will just argue back and forth in this thread.
