intercooler question???

ok guys this a is easy and fast one. a buddy of mine has a 24x12x3 intercooler that he will sell me for 75 bucks. is that the right size for my bird and will the 3 inch work fine for my setup. im only running 6 psi?

umm custom rear mount 73 mm turbo all i wanna know is if that intercooler is good to go?

Some set-ups have different needs but yeah, you can get away with that intercooler, you might just have high iats if the intercooler sucks but they will be lower than if you had no intercooler at all. Also depends on the brand/type of intercooler. I ran that size with 14psi and it worked ok, mine was obx type off ebay, and made 680rwhp.

You should be fine. Just check your iats when you get it tuned for the new intercooler.
