Sent over some emails to Jditlfm@yahoo.com, let me know if they work.

Question about roll racing, do skinnies make the car handle worse than say 245-17's up front, which would be safer?

I want to try again with a real camcorder but I'd like my car to feel more controllable.

hmmm. we need to go out at like 2am and use a real camcorder. i also need to put bigger radials back on the front of my car so I can keep the car in one lane.

I can't imagine your car street racing with skinnies. A 10 sec 4th gen is a handful with skinnies on the front.

It was definitely a handful with skinnies and a spool. I'm looking for some 17's for the front I think that would help.

The only problem with 275/40/17 fronts is they follow the grooves in the street a little too well and you still have to pay big time attention to where your car is going quickly. With some practice I have ran my turbo car up to 180 approximately MPH on the highway without any problems or shakiness. In other words John if you are willing to run your car fast on the interstate you should invest in some at least 255/40/17's. Skinnies suck on the freeway at 100 mph plus.

So go even wider on the front tires? I'm looking around right now for some. Yeah the skinnies made the car a handful as the car just sorta plows.

Hopefully the videos look ok, I can't watch them at work, but this was never really planned so no camera was brought. Remember John how you were not going out to play bc you were on a ticket? Then less that 5 mins later, John's all over some racing. That was a lot of fun, and the street racing with skinnies was just not working out for you when it came to braking, I wish I got that one on tape!!!!
Next time I will bring a camera, fear not...

I have a good Panasonic camcorder too.

I underestimated the brakes when I did that hard stop on Petersen and almost skidded through the intersection.

I say we also get Jimmy P out he's got a strong combo and I'm sure he's on a ticket too.

Like I told Mark I'd be down for coming out with the showcar sometime, as long as you guys aren't too scared of my weak little D1SC

my **** is USELESS in 1st gear and at last half of second, blower ramps up instantly and just kills the 28's when they are at street PSI and cold. i can keep it in one lane typically though.

Sean you should put some 17's on the front of your Camaro, my car was sloppier than a fat kid at Old Country Buffet. I'm down but we need a better spot. I'd prefer to do some 0 to 100 races somewhere up North, that would be fun.
