For what you get with the kit, it is a steal. The quality of it is really good, and the fit was great. Our only issue was not knowing we needed the UMI k member to route the 4in snake to the tail.

If I had to do it all over again for a T6 setup I'd have a shop do a custom build. With builds of this size I think there are too many variables for one 'kit' to work for everyone. The OFI kit is designed around all stock accessories which is where many of my fitament problems happened. If I was able to cut and reweld it wouldn't have been a big deal. I'd say the T4 kit on a bolt on car should fit alot better then what mine did.

As for the DP clearance I can only get about 1 1/2" more clearance and it's still not enough. My plan is to put a cutout in where it starts to level off and then have it reduced to 3" the rest of the way back like mentioned above.

The nuts and stud on the clamp is touching the ground. I flipped the clamp and got it raised up but the pipe is still less then 2" off the floor

That is horrible. I bought the hot parts for it with the 3inch down pipe hopefully I will do a little better, main reasons I changed kits was for that reason. My phamspeed budget kit is not that bad if that is the case.

Wow, you are going to be bottoming out a lot. I hope everywhere you drive is perfectly flat or that down pipe isn't going to last very long. Everything else looks pretty good though.

The big difference I see in my setup and yours that is causing you problems is how you are routing the piping at the torque arm. Mine runs over the Spohn trans tunnel bracket allowing the exhaust piping to be tucked up close to the floor boards. Yours looks like it is running under the cross brace for your torque arm, making it too low. What torque arm are you running?

As for fitment of the kit, it was very good. Sure I had to make some minor changes here and there to get everything to fit, but that is the nature of the game when you go to install a turbo kit in an engine bay that is as tight as an F-body. I've put about 1200 hard miles on my kit and haven't have any issues with the alternator or burning anything up. My biggest problem is keeping tires on the car!

I'm running a BMR xtreme torque arm. I had my 3" duals under it with no problem but the 4" isn't gonna fly.

Great pics, you might consider doing a 4" or 3.5" ovalized exhaust going to the stock I-pipe location while using a standard 3" catback. It might give you the clearance you need ?
