Default S91 Turbo Build SNL Performance

Hey guys just wanted to give you peeps a little info on whats going on as some are interested in the S91 turbo builds.

SNL Performance is doing a Full Custom Single turbo build for my 2004 GTO. Specs on setup full built 408ci motor, Built TH400 trans.

Pics will come as Steve @ SNL works his stuff. ETA we hope will be Sept or Oct but were not rushing anything as qaulity and detail is everything and Steve pays great attention to both

Well guys after lots of searching because UPS said the package was lost. and lots of bitching and help from Forced Inductions shipping department guess what UPS happend to track down.

Glad to see you got it. UPS needs to work on their shipping skills. This would have been the 2nd package lost this month already....only 5 days into it....lol.

Ya it was sitting in Houston Friday. I called yesterday they called be back and said it was lost and to get you guys to put a tracer on it. Guys with my bitching and yall bitching it worked out

Does that turbo have a different inlet housing? Mine, and some of the others has a little sunk in spot around the inside, this one is smoother. Should be an awesome build, keep us updated!

Just machined differently.....same casting cover.

Yeah, the size comparison pictures usually give you a rough idea. The tape measurer definetly does a much better job. That sounds like it is going to be a very nice combo.

Where in the hell are you putting that in a goat. I know gto's, the fabracator must be Hudini(sp?). The down pipe in particular. I'd like to see it when its done. Maybe Gvs.M day? Nice by the way.

Its going on the passenger side. With the battery relocated and ABS removed I dont think it will be a problem. 5in DP should not be a issue either as thats why they make 5in oval

It will work Cole... I had plenty of room left on the passenger side for a huge DP once I removed the ABS and other crap.

And yes my car is running now and is the one with twin GT42Rs... Tuning is underway and shakedown passes should commence in 3 weeks or so!

We used oval for part of the down pipe on our single turbo GTO build, works great!

SNL got the turbo in and here it is
S91-vs- 60-1 w/T3 housing for steve neon LOL



5inch down pipe is not going to be a issue at all Stay tuned for more up dates.

(1) Intercooler Inlet: 3.0" Outlet: 3.0" Core Size: 24"x11.75"x4"
(1) T06 Divided Inlet Turbo Flange (Tapped Holes) Stainless Steel
(2) 3" U-J Bend, Rad=5.00", 304 SS, .065" Wall
(1) 2-1/2" U-J Bend, Rad=3.50", 304 SS, .065" Wall
(3) 2-1/2" 90 Elbow, Short Rad., 304L SS, Sch10 BW
(4) 2" 90 Elbow, Short Rad., 304L SS, Sch10 BW
(1) 2.5" Sch.10, 304L SS Pipe, A312, Mill ID, Mill OD, 2' Section
(1) 5" OD Tube, Welded, A269, .065 Wall, 304L, Mill ID, 2' Section

Only thing left to get to start is the 1/2in thick header flanges.

Wow looking good. Cant wait to see what numbers this beast will put down. So did you never get your full kit from you know who? I cant believe how many people he screwed over.
