boost/HP limits of ls-6 intake

boost/HP limits of ls-6 intake right now i am running a 6.0(lq4), forged rods/pistons, Pat. lq9 heads/cam, d1sc procharger with a carb and vic jr intake
earlier on, i was intending to go FI, and had collected some parts, ls-6 intake, 6.0 truck tb(came off the orig motor) stock computer, some of the wiring harness
i may switch over to fi, wonder if what i have is worth using, or switch over to something like fast
i am having some fuel dist problems on the d/s bank, may be attributed to the carb/intake/hat clocking
if i go fi, what would be my best route-i know they offer a harness for the msd 6010 box for fi, not sure how that would work
i also have an a1000 fuel pump, with a reg change, would it work with fi
