Some ?'s after dyno
Some ?'s after dyno I dyno'd last weekend here in phoenix and the intake temps were extremely high. It was 115 out and was on the dyno for an hour. The temps would start at 130 and end a 4th gear pull at 167 so we didnt really wanna tune past 13 psi. It made 450/460tq @ 5 psi, i forgot 10 psi and 585/615tq @ 13 psi. for anything past 10 psi we had around 96-98 octane for insurance.
Oil temps were around 210-240 during pulls with no oil cooler.
Water temps were around 200-215 on pulls.
I have a vertical flow IC (core size around 6"x26") and its directly in the flow path but it seems its having a hard time cooling the air. it goes down to ambient when i'm driving just shoots up quick when doing longer pulls.
I was thinking of throwing on a Meth kit JUST for intake temp control and have it start spraying a small amount around 4-5 psi.
Any ideas?

yea thats what i was planning on, still use a regular pump gas map and race gas map, then just add meth to bring the temps down. i have a IAT gauge so once the weather gets down to normal temps again i could just turn it off.
