Default Failure power points. Have you blown an engine?

OK guys. I am tring to calculate the max BMEP that the LS1 can handle. So what I need from you guys is the Cubic Inches, HP and RPM your engines were making before they failed. Also what internal mods the engines had. Not cam specs or port work, just if you had stock or aftermarket pistons, rods, crank, rings, head bolts, rod bolts, main bolts, oil pressures, oil temps, head gaskets, anything that relates to the strength of the engine. I need to know the hp at each rpm not just what rpm and hp the engine gaveway. Also, the estimated runs or hours or miles on the engine at those pwoer levels. Thanks guys, and I will post my calculations ASAP.

2000 C5 LS1 ATI P-1SC 8lbs, no cats, x-pipe stock exhaust - 487rwhp - ran fine

Upgraded twin IC to A&A FMIC, MMS Dynotune 1pt leaner - 522rwhp (miss on dyno fixed later with plugs) lasted two months

Broke piston #7, which cracked cylinder also

Now installing forged lower compression motor, and adding stage 2 heads and cam, going from 3.85" pulley to 3.5".

Thanks for the input. What RPM did you deliver that power at? What was the power at the other rpm levels?
