gasket thinkness

i am getting a comtic gasket.

first my motor is a 6.2 L and just been torque plate honed

is this the gasket i need? C5751-051(bore 4.060) or is C5317-051(bore 4.130) better

second it says it is .051 thick. is that to thick for 18psi?

I was always told to go .030 over your bore size, so if you have a 4.000" bore get the 4.030 gaskets and a 4.030" bore would need 4.060 gaskets ect.

I would also like to know what thickness is best with boost.
