You can run a blow through setup, which is what I think you mean by no computer. Not hard to put together, I fabbed my rear mount myself, and it worked great. STS' universal systems look pretty complete, but if you're going to spend the $, you might want to consider building a front mount, if you've got the rom.

Running w/out a computer = how awsome re you at tuning a carburator. I'd personally recommend running a wide band O2 sensor to help dial things in. The WB will measure AFR from the header where it's installed and is independent of any EFI system. Will make tuning far easier than the "up-hill ping" or "smell the exhaust" methods of old.
The key for carburation + FI is getting enough fuel in the combustion chamber under boost to prevent detonation w/out overloading it w/ fuel during part-throttle operation. Can be done (lot of bad-a$$ed Weiland supercharged cars on the road), but youll be spending a lot of time calculating and changing jets.
